Wilsonart – here are the facts

1. On 8/10/2010 Wilsonart International announced its decision to exit the flooring market in December 2010

2. Wilsonart International is a major multi national company who is very much in business and will remain in business making laminate products. However, the Wilsonart Flooring division will be closing on December 3^rd 2010

3. Wilsonart International will continue to honor all product warranties for the life of those warranties, and will continue to have information available at: (www.wilsonartflooring.com) providing contact service to settle any and all possible claims from these warranties.

4. Wilsonart will maintain a safety inventory of material to handle plank replacements and small repairs, into the future. Any large repairs or replacement needs will be handled via a cash settlement.  

5. Mastercraft will continue to service all Wilsonart orders up until Wilsonart finally shutdown, and then will do everything possible to ensure claim service when or where needed, via Wilsonart.

6. Who should I call to place my orders: Call Mastercraft customer service as you always have.

7. How long will Wilsonart be available: December 3^rd is the date set for shut down by Wilsonart, Mastercraft will continue as long as needed to make every attempt after this date as needed to locate stock as needed.

8. What should I do with my Wilsonart Display: Please continue to use it, and keep it in place. There will be many opportunities to make money and you can be sure all products will be produced up until the end of October. Mastercraft will be in touch with you keeping you advised of changes and a new major line of laminate as time progresses.

9. What is Mastercraft going to do: Mastercraft will continue to offer a wide product selection, as we have in the past. Our recent addition of the Harris wood line, along with the Hybrid product line from Metroflor has been very well received. In addition; we will add another major Laminate product line in the near future.
